Located south of Champagne the Cellois vineyards in France cover the sunny slopes of the Ource Valley. The vines benefit from the chalky sediment base with a clay and limestone surface layer because it is perfect for growing grapes that will go on to become Champagne. All the grapes are handpicked and monitored throughout their growth to ensure the best possible quality of crop is achieved, Cheurlin Dangin House are very passionate about their produce and making sure their champagnes are of the upmost quality.
With their combined knowledge and traditions passed down by more than ten generations. The winemakers of the property passionately cultivate a vineyard planted with Pinot Noir from Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. These varieties provide the champagne flavour and unique bouquet that Cheurlin Dangin boasts. All perfectly ripe through a prolonged aging in the cellar. The champagne is aged for at least 3 years and each bottle is hand turned at least 1 to 3 times daily to ensure care and precision is taken with each individual bottle.
