Our Vintners Selection of wines has been carefully selected for the UK on-trade market and provides the best quality wines at the fairest price. We source our wines wherever possible directly from the growers including artisan and independent estates. It is through working closely with our network of growers we have developed some strong and lasting relationships. As such we are able to use our findings and insights in the UK to influence production determining taste, blend and packaging at source.

In line with our belief that only the best will do, we have made great efforts to establish a large selection of wines with great provenance. Wines that are authentic, have sustainable viticulture and with typicality of the regional terroirs. Not available in the supermarkets the Vintners wine Selection is unique.

Our history

40 years ago Hay Hampers founders Jeremy and Rachel Marshall Roberts launched their wine business. An enjoyable and honourable undertaking, as the main purpose then was to provide a Christmas gift in the form of wine to reward staff and customers for hard work and support received throughout the year. Back in 1984, Hay Hampers was founded with four guiding principles - authenticity, freshness, sharing and trust - those values hold true for Vintners Selection today.

Present day

We have continued with a passion and learning that enables Vintners Selection to offer a wine portfolio to be really proud of. As we continue to invest in experience and expertise, our current portfolio offers a diverse range of fantastic quality authentic wines at fair and competitive prices.
