Bodehas Chesa
Bodegas Chesa is just outside the city of Barbastro in eastern Spain it is the latest Bodega to be incorporated to the D.O. Somontano in 2007. Bodegas Chesa is a family vineyard with around ten hectares of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties of grapes that are cultivated in a way that ensures a high quality of grapes. The Vineyards are situated in "The Galafones Spot" historically known as "the large farm vineyard. The soil the vineyards are planted upon are white clay this rich soil gives the grapes and extra depth of flavor which in turn helps to achieve a deeper and fuller wine.
Bodegas Chesa limits production to around 80,000 bottles of red wine a year which is made exclusively from their own grapes that have been grown in their vineyards to ensure all of their wines are of the highest quality they can possibly achieve. These wines are not available in supermarkets and have to be especially imported from the grower with such limited quantities made each year you’ll be pushed to get your hands on a bottle of Bodegas Chesa wine, but Vintners has these wines in stock ready to be delivered straight to you, these wines hold a range of smells and flavors ready for you to indulge in so why not try an authentic Spanish wine.
